Great Stay with Exceptional Service!

We enjoyed our two-night stay in a Queen Room with Roll-In Shower. The quick check-in was seamless, and Mrs Sangeetha's warmth made our experience memorable. The location is convenient for visiting Niagara Falls, and the free Wi-Fi was a nice bonus. Tip, explore nearby dining options for a tasty experience!

I loved how I could easily walk to Buckhorn Island State Park for some peaceful time in nature and enjoy tasty treats just a short stroll away at Flavor of India, which made my stay feel special and connected to the local vibe.

The clean Queen Room with Two Queen Beds provided a comfortable stay. Convenient location near shopping and dining enhanced our experience. However, the Wi-Fi was inconsistent, making it difficult to stream content, and the cramped setup in the room caused some discomfort.

The breakfast was amazing, especially the fresh scrambled eggs! I also loved how the staff treated my dog like family, making us feel so welcome. The room, however, was smaller than expected from the photos.

The room was clean with a modern vibe. It had a comfy sofa bed, flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom. The bedding was cozy, and the air conditioning worked well. The breakfast was basic but good enough, with coffee options. Great wifi and free parking make it even better. It's close to a Walmart and shopping outlet, too.

Unexpected challenges with a smile

Woke up to the friendly greeting of the staff each morning. Despite the issues, I felt supported and the location was fairly convenient for accessing attractions.

Unfortunately, the fitness center fell short with broken equipment, and the breakfast offerings left much to be desired. The room cleanliness was also questionable at times.

The entryway was spacious and welcoming, making it easy for my elderly parents to navigate. I appreciated the warm, cozy decor in the common areas that gave the hotel a charming, home-like feel.

I had a wonderful stay at surestay plus hotel by best western. the queen room was clean and cozy, just the right size for a quick visit. the staff truly stood out, especially the young man at check-in who was polite and friendly. breakfast was nicely set up, and the coffee was great! they also keep the property well lit and maintained, making me feel safe.

It was just an optimal selection for a brief pause in Niagara Falls with good value. The bathroom has an amazing granite counter with modern textile and appliances.
